Meet Stefania

Stefania joined Avyse in September 2024 as the first non-client facing team member. She brings with her over a decade of experience in financial services, including client-facing roles in the regulated sector. Known for her “can do” attitude, Stefania is dedicated to driving operational excellence and supporting the firm’s long-term goals.

With a solid foundation in the regulated sector, Stefania boasts extensive compliance expertise in retail lending and insurance.
As a paraplanner and mortgage adviser, she built a stellar reputation for championing vulnerable customers and played a pivotal role in implementing the Consumer Duty at her previous firm.
Since joining Avyse, Stefania has focused on driving operational efficiencies and streamlining processes to reduce the administrative load on the Partners and the broader team.

Stefania is a passionate cook, enthusiastic traveller, and proud auntie. Her camera roll, however, tells a different story, with at least 75% of the photos featuring her beloved rescue cats, Albi and Milo.
