Modern Slavery Statement

Avyse Partners Ltd - Modern Slavery Statement (updated August 2025)

Avyse Partners is incorporated and operates in the United Kingdom. While we do not currently meet the turnover threshold of £36 million under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to voluntarily publish this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices and transparency.

We revisit our position annually within six months of the completion of our financial year, in line with Government and Home Office guidance.

Risk Assessment

We have assessed our exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking and deem the risk to be limited. This assessment is based on:

  • Our resourcing profile, which involves direct employment and limited use of temporary or contract labour.

  • A small and well-known supplier base, primarily located in the UK.

  • A customer base operating in heavily regulated sectors, which we consider low risk for modern slavery.

Our Commitment

We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain, including contractors and service providers, to comply with our values and ethical standards. This is in line with our wider ethical and sustainable approach to business as underscored by our B-Corp certification.

Policies and Controls

To support our commitment, we operate the following internal policies:

  • Recruitment Policy: We conduct robust eligibility-to-work checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or forced labour.

  • Remuneration Policy: We ensure all employees are fairly compensated above the UK minimum and living wage and in accordance with our internal pay and bonus framework, supporting ethical labour standards and financial wellbeing

  • Whistleblowing Policy: Employees are encouraged to raise concerns about unethical practices or treatment of colleagues without fear of reprisal.

  • Health and Safety Policy: We ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff and contractors operating from our premises.

Due Diligence and Supplier Engagement

We engage only with suppliers who share our values. While our supplier base is limited, we:

  • Require suppliers to confirm compliance with anti-slavery laws.

  • Reserve the right to terminate relationships with suppliers who breach our standards.

Training and Awareness

We provide guidance to staff involved in recruitment and supplier engagement to help them identify and respond to potential risks of modern slavery.

Monitoring and Review

We monitor our practices and review this statement annually. If our business grows or our risk profile changes, we will update our approach accordingly.
