Our people are comfortable liaising with Heads of Compliance and MLROs – but also CEOs, CFOs, CROs recognising how the information for each audience needs to be subtly tweaked.

We look to build relationships based on trust and quality of output. If the right answer for you is less time from us we will tell you that. We will always prioritise long term relationships over short term gain. A significant number of our clients stay with us or make us the first port of call when they require some assistance. And a significant proportion of our new business comes from referrals from satisfied clients.

We have been careful not to build a bloated back office that ultimately results in the need to pass on these costs to clients. As a result we can offer competitive rates, whilst allowing us to maintain a margin that we’re happy with. And although it’s unlikely that we’ll be cheapest provider, we are 100% confident that we will be the provider that will offer the most value for money to our clients.

Our written output is in plain English, technically sound, and crucially gets to the point – quickly. We’re not interested in producing 300+ page reports in an attempt to justify our fees. We’ll tell you where you should be focusing your attention coupled with practical advice on how to address identified issues. And if we have difficult messages to deliver we’ll pick up the phone. We won’t hide behind a report or email.
