Family is everything to me. I have two amazing children, three sisters, and lots of nieces and nephews—so there’s never a dull moment!
I love being busy, whether that’s juggling family life, catching up with friends over a good gossip, or getting stuck into the latest reality TV series (I’m a total sucker for it).
Life is full-on, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I thrive on the energy of a full house, a packed schedule, and staying connected to the people who matter most.
Meet Kate
Kate co-leads the Compliance Practice at Avyse. With over 20 years of experience across both industry and consultancy, she brings a deep, practical understanding of the challenges firms face. Kate has worked with organisations of all sizes, supporting a wide range of regulatory and conduct issues. She’s passionate about making a difference, adding real value, and enjoys building strong relationships through open, constructive conversations.
Experience:
Has been Skilled Person on a number of reviews, including a recent multi-firm s166 review focused on claims handling, assessing governance, oversight, and customer outcomes.
Overseen and advised on large-scale conduct remediation programmes from design and mobilisation through to successful completion, helping firms embed lasting change.
Acted as a trusted advisor to firms from initial authorisation through to scale-up, supporting their regulatory strategy, control frameworks, and compliance culture.
Worked with global financial institutions to deliver governance and systems & controls reviews, and led health check assessments for firms of varying sizes across a range of conduct and regulatory risk areas
