We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Dharma and Paul to the Avyse team. Both join us from Big Four consultancy backgrounds and bring a wealth of experience in regulatory change, conduct risk, governance and assurance.

“Dharma’s collaborative approach and sharp delivery skills have already made a strong impression, and Paul brings deep regulatory insight and a calm, thoughtful perspective that clients will value. I’m really excited about the expertise and energy they’ll bring to the team – they’re already making an impact and will be key to supporting our continued growth.”

Dharma’s appointment as Consultant in Compliance supports our ambitious growth plans and strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. Her experience has centred on helping clients navigate significant regulatory changes within the financial services sector, as well as supporting them in managing regulatory risk and compliance.

Dharma has worked with a diverse range of firms across the financial services industry, including banks, building societies, insurance providers, intermediaries, and local councils.

Dharma shared her thoughts on joining Avyse:

“Having worked in Big 4 consulting across the UK and New Zealand, I am really excited to join Avyse Partners and work alongside the talented Compliance team here. The firm's values really resonated with me, and I'm looking forward to reflecting them in the work that I do.

Most recently, I’ve been advising clients on conduct-related matters, with a particular focus on the Consumer Duty.

My favourite project so far involved supporting a firm in developing a new product. It gave me valuable insight into the design process and a deeper understanding of how different functions within a Bank collaborate and align with regulatory frameworks. I have also really enjoyed working in the responsible lending space.

I’m looking forward to contributing this experience to the team, offering meaningful insights to our clients, and delivering real value through our work.”

Paul has 7 years’ experience in financial services, with a background in compliance from one of the Big 4 consulting firms. During his career in consulting, Paul has supported clients with a range of regulatory and conduct related engagements including Consumer Duty, complaints, collections and recoveries, and correcting customer outcomes through customer focused remediation programmes.

Paul has worked with a wide range of financial services institutions including retail banks, building societies, peer-to-peer lenders, and motor finance providers. His expertise is particularly focused on consumer credit and mortgage lending.

Paul shared his thoughts on joining Avyse:

“I’m excited to join Avyse as a Consultant. The more I learnt about Avyse when speaking to Marc and Kate through the recruitment process, the more I wanted to be part of the firm. The firm’s values show they truly care about their employees and clients. I’m looking forward to working collaboratively with the rest of the team and our clients to deliver high quality meaningful work.”
