Meet Eimear
Eimear has been working in sustainability consulting for two years, having completed a MSc in Environmentalism and a BA in Natural Sciences. As an ESG Associate, Eimear predominantly focuses her efforts on social sustainability, particularly gender equality, human rights and workplace culture.
Experience:
Eimear has practical experience in developing and delivering DEI training, workplace policies and supply chain risk assessments across a range of industries including financial services, consumer goods and hospitality. Her work spans peer benchmarking, regulatory compliance and supplier due diligence to ensure businesses remain socially responsible in a competitive landscape.
Through research and analysis, Eimear assess industry-specific sustainability trends and human rights risks to help businesses stay compliant and ahead of the curve. She develops practical insights that are embedded throughout organisations such as through workplace policies, employee training, stakeholder engagement and supply chain strategies.
To continue her advocacy journey, Eimear is continuously learning to ensure she is UpToDate with the ever-changing regulatory landscape of ESG and sustainability. Most recently she attended the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women and the PIMFA Women’s Symposium.
