Katie is a Consultant in Avyse’s ESG & Sustainability practice, specialising in sustainable finance, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Katie’s expertise is further strengthened by her leadership background as a British Army officer, an MBA with distinction focused on Leadership and Gender, and professional certifications, including a Certificate in ESG Investing and IEMA Associate Membership. Her ability to bridge the gap between sustainability, governance, and financial strategy ensures pragmatic, compliance-ready ESG solutions that drive real impact.
Experience:
Katie is well-positioned to support in both regulatory compliance & reporting; advising on upcoming FCA rules, ISSB-aligned standards, and greenwashing risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement & transparency; strengthening ESG disclosures to align with investor, regulator, and B Corp expectations.
With over six years of experience leading an ESG team at a major investment bank, she has deep expertise in navigating EU and UK regulatory frameworks impacting the financial sector.
She has a proven track record of helping institutional clients interpret and implement sustainability-related regulations, including ESG disclosure requirements.
Katie enjoys developing and delivering all levels of sustainability training, enhancing internal capabilities and ESG literacy.
